A young mother and her child were attacked by her boyfriend in Cross River State, and are fighting for their life at the University of Calabar Teaching Hospital, Calabar.

According to the online report, the suspect, Ubong Michael brutally attacked his lover, Imaobong Friday Brownson and her children, aged 8 and 3 years old, with machete in Ifian Anyong, Bakassi LGA of the state.
